Banana Chia Pudding Parfait

Chia seeds are very high in fiber, loaded with antioxidants, and rich in nutrients.


Do chia seeds reduce high blood pressure?

- Yes.


Do chia seeds reduce inflammation?

- Yes.


How can you make chia pudding?


- Choose 1/2 cup of your favorite milk(you can use dairy alternative) and add two tablespoons of chia seeds.


- Mix well, and stir again in 10 minutes. Refrigerate and use in few hours or the next day.

Can I cook the chia seeds instead of soaking them overnight?

- Yes, you can.


Toppings?


- You can add your favorite fruit, greek yoghurt and few nuts.


On my recipe I added smashed banana, unsweetened greek yoghurt and brazil nuts.
