Mango Smoothie

Mango Smoothie is very refreshing smooth drink made by super healthy fruit mango and other natural ingredients.

What's more imporant? It is dairy-free, and sugar-free.



• 1/4 avocado

• 1 banana

• 1+ 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks

• 1/3 cup water

• 1/2 tsp. coconut oil


• Mix everything with a blender. Add more water for more looser consistency. Top with few extra pieces of mango and decorate with mint leaves.

This smoothie will help you maintain healthy weight loss, increase your fiber, and prevent many stomach diseases.
