Raspberry Chia Pudding Parfait

Recipe for:

Raspberry Chia Pudding Parfait


Ingredients:

• 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

• 1/2 cup milk


Directions:

Mix chia seeds and milk. Let it sit for 15 minutes and then stir again. You can leave it in the refrigerator overnight or cook the pudding instead.


Toppings:


3/4 cup greek yoghurt

• 1/4 cup raspberries
